As a Senior Network Engineer and Support Specialist, Ed assists where assigned, in the design of technology solutions that start with an understanding of the client’s business needs and objectives. Ed is responsible for all aspects of network installation, integration, and configuration for assigned clients including all security considerations, connectivity issues, and network documentation in order to add value to the client’s business, helping them meet goals and objectives through Information Technology.

Ed provides support for all aspects of the network infrastructure of Hutchinson and Bloodgood Consulting Group clients, including repairs, upgrades, enhancements and recovery from system failures. As a team member of the System Implementation Division, he ensures intelligent information technology solutions are correctly installed to a wide variety of industries including banks, manufacturing and distribution firms as well as professional corporations and partnerships.

Ed brings valuable expertise to the Hutchinson and Bloodgood, LLP Consulting Group. He has assisted in the design, and implementation of numerous local and wide area network systems and he has performed and/or acted as project manager for network security reviews, information systems reviews, strategic technology planning, Internet strategy consulting, system selection, and information technology internal control and risk assessment services for Hutchinson and Bloodgood, LLP clients.

Ed is an experienced Network Engineer, with significant experience and understanding of technology. He holds an MCSE for Microsoft NT3.51, and Certifications from Cisco; CCNA, Citrix, CCA, Checkpoint, CSA, and Netscreen, NCSA.
